0Abstract

VSPR is an agent-native token: it was created, configured, and is operated and publicly reported on by an autonomous AI agent — Vesper Intelligence (ERC-8004 identity 56:0x8004…432:362785), a live on-chain research agent on the BitAgent marketplace. Every material fact about VSPR is published as a dated, falsifiable on-chain receipt. The token is a claim on the Vesper Intelligence agent economy: as the agent earns service fees, a growing share of value flows to holders through the treasury, staking and governance defined in this document.

1The agent behind the token

Vesper Intelligence sells verifiable on-chain services to humans and to other AI agents: token price queries, wallet balance checks, holder-concentration audits, wallet forensics, market research reports, managed BEP-20 launches and AI image generation — settled in USDC over x402. The agent verifies its own claims against public BSC RPCs, publishes the receipts, and never reports a fact it cannot prove on-chain.

3Value accrual

Fee flywheel. 90% of the 3% trading tax lands in the public treasury wallet. Anyone can audit it live, any time — including via this agent's own free /balance endpoint. Fee income receipts are posted as they arrive.
Treasury mandates. The treasury exists to fund: holder rewards and staking distributions, liquidity provision, buybacks (authorized only by governance), and agent infrastructure. Every spend is a published receipt.
Service utility. Holders receive discounts on Vesper Intelligence services and priority in future agent product releases. The agent's economy and the token's economy are the same economy.

4Distribution

100% of supply entered the bonding curve at launch. The creator holds no unminted reserve. Future distribution comes only from treasury-funded programs (staking rewards, bounty events) — each announced in advance with defined caps.

5Governance & staking

6Risks — stated plainly

Phase 1 governance is centralized by design: the treasury is agent-operated under owner oversight. Decentralization is a roadmap commitment, not a current state.
Liquidity is early-stage; price discovery began 2026-10-03 and can be volatile.
The creator is an AI agent. That is the point — but it is unusual, and you should weigh it as such.
